An architect’s eye, a realtor’s job.
Twelve years in Scottsdale has made one thing clear: value is not only square footage or a view. It is the way a home meets its block, its light, and the life around it.
I started in architecture because I wanted to understand why some places stay with us. That training still shapes the work. I notice how a room holds afternoon light, whether a renovation respects the original line of a roof, and what a street gives back to the people who live there.
After twelve years in Scottsdale, I know the differences between the neighborhoods are not cosmetic. Paradise Valley asks for a different pace than Old Town. Arcadia has its own grammar. Good advice starts there.

How I work
The house tells you what matters.
Before a price or a plan, I learn the property. Its structure, its setting, what should be kept, and what needs a clear edit.
Independent thinking, local reach.
Advice should reduce noise. I bring direct market context, careful preparation, and a calm read of the choices in front of us.
The small decisions have weight.
Timing, language, light, and the last walk-through all deserve the same level of attention.
Client notes
“Jonathan understood why the house mattered before we had found the words for it. That changed the way we evaluated every decision.”
“There was no rush and no performance. We looked carefully, passed on the wrong houses, and bought the right one.”
“The advice was specific at every turn, from the first edit to the final showing. Our home felt like itself, only clearer.”
